Projects Management

Subject of the lecture: Project management for everyone

The word project contains within it a whole world of concepts that are seemingly simple and known. We project and describe in this word almost every collection of actions, more complex and less that we perform on a daily basis.

Is this collection of projects a project? Wedding preparations, buying a new home, developing a new application.

And if so, then ... What do I know about the project? Does it require management, and how?

These days when the global economy in crisis, an understanding of the world of project management and proper management are tools centers in achieving success in projects, and what is a successful project?

The interactive lecture will answer these and many other questions. Participants will be exposed to concepts and tools related to the world of project management. Why is it important for a project to be managed? What kinds of projects are there

How are the rules of the market determined, and how can various actions of factors in the economy affect the market in general and in particular?

We provide tools and rules for understanding the financial world around us. The lecture examines the essence of the economy for people who are not engaged and want to enrich their understanding of the field.

Proper management of risks is, in most cases, a decisive factor in the success or failure of any choice and every project that has been done - all the more so these days when the economy is in crisis. There are basic concepts that contribute to the understanding of risk management, and the purpose of the lecture is to expose those who hear these concepts The intention is to make the subject more accessible and clearer and to help participants turn risks into opportunities.
